Through disciplined market outreach, screening, and negotiation, we placed a tenant that improved income stability and made the asset viable for future investment.
Ongoing Management
Following tenant placement, RM&D remained directly involved through full property management.

With the asset stabilized, the next decision was timing. We advised the owner when market conditions supported a sale and positioned the property accordingly — as a stable, income-producing investment.
The result was a successful disposition to a qualified buyer seeking exactly that profile.
