RM&D represented both the landlord and the tenant in this lease transaction. The 2,359 SF space was put on the market in mid-2018 — and, within three months of commencing the marketing, Colliers International spotted the space and brought Leland Orthodonticts to the building. RM&D negotiated and managed an extensive T1 buildout on Leland’s behalf and their new office opens on December 3, 2018.
