Carole Brill joined Jeff Kirby in 2016 to take over brokerage and property management leadership for a number of Jeff’s assets while also serving as RM&D’s broker/owner. With her brokerage acumen she managed, leased and sold the portfolios as required. Together they created the investment group that purchased 1 East Liberty Street, Reno, NV, a downtown Class A office high-rise. Carole moved the RM&D offices into 1 East Liberty Street, leased the property to 100% capacity and now manages the asset. The RM&D brokerage and property management functions have grown to represent a large national investor base.

Strategically moving into the future, RM&D has set its sights on value-added assets with significant investment potential, expanding its land holdings, industrial and office portfolios via vertical development and investment in the future of Reno, Sparks and the Northern Nevada region.
