RM&D DEVISES A PLAN TO PROVIDE A SMALLER SPACE IN DESIRED CURRENT LOCATION FOR LONG-TERM TENANT
After 17 years at 500 Damonte Parkway in Reno, Truckee Meadows Advisory Services’ lease reached its termination date. The tenant wanted to stay in the building; however, the space they were renting was too large for them.
After design/construction reviews and a detailed cost analysis, RM&D found a solution. A design was approved to demise the current space and provide the tenant with a smaller footprint that met their need for a smaller space and desire to remain in the building.
