Nationally, the latest National Real Estate Institute research on high-net-worth investor commercial real estate (CRE) activity published by WealthManagement.com in March 2021 indicates “…nearly 60 percent of survey respondents expect to increase their allocations to commercial real estate over the next 12 months…an uptick compared to 53 percent in the December 2020 survey …and a new high watermark in the five-year history of the survey.”
