Rinnai Corporation manufactures gas appliances including tankless water heaters, a wide range of kitchen appliances and heating and air conditioning units. And, is the number-one selling brand of tankless gas water heaters in the United States and Canada.

After a 4-state search to establish a West Coast presence Rinnai selected RM&D who led them through the benefits of moving to Nevada. The landscape, competitive industrial distribution facility rates, tax advantages and very important to them — the quality of life for their employees. RM&D have just completed the fourth expansion and lease for Rinnai at 650 Vista Boulevard in Sparks.
