With expertise in master planned communities, water rights and commercial development, RM&D, through its founder, Jeff Kirby, has been involved in the development and management of over 10,000 residential lots in the Northern Nevada area as well as development leasing and management of over 800,000 square feet of office space in the Reno market.

Through the downturn, RM&D set its sights on troubled assets and expanded its land holdings and office portfolio. We are now focusing our efforts on vertical development and investment in the future of the City of Reno, Sparks and the northern Nevada region
